It is so hard to believe that Gavin is one year old! There are so many memories and life changing experiences to reflect upon. Kevin and I couldn't adore our boy anymore. We are thrilled to be his parents and see where life takes him yet sad to see him grow and gain independence. Our baby is turning into a little boy. Gavin has such a kind and warm personality. He enjoys being close and giving love. I think he might be a momma's boy! He also likes to be on his own and do things his way. Gavin laughs and entertains; he is quite the performer. He will laugh so hard that he actually slaps his leg (no idea where he learned to do this but it is so cute). Gavin is adventurous and loves to climb. He was given a rocking chair and two plastic outdoor chairs that he can't seem to get enough of. He loves to climb up and even try to stand up on just about anything. Gavin is walking so well now and proud of his skills. He is done with baby food and skeptical of anything we try to feed him, he can do himself! He sure is a handful! Summer is here and I have enjoyed my first week at home with Gavin. We have been so busy and started taking swim lessons! He was hesitant at first but within minutes loved the water and moving around. Looking forward to fun-filled days and many laughs with my little boy!
